The Friends of Shanklin Story
In 2013 five residents in Habersham, South Carolina, joined together to raise monies to support their neighborhood elementary school, the Joseph S. Shanklin Elementary School. Since then more than 100 Habersham residents have given of their time, talents, and resources to help support the school.

Friends of Shanklin's mission is to provide both financial and human resource support to the Joseph S. Shanklin Elementary School.

Foster a collective community of people who care by working together with Shanklin parents, teachers, adminstrators, and PTO.
